Pneuma by Teater Spira
Pneuma: (Greek) breath, wind – A performance with sculpture, music and text. In the beginning an electro–acoustic work was created by Paula Matthusen, a suite with five tableaus. Around this work, four artists met to build a house, a new common place, based on their own practise. Sculptor Per Agélii creates rooms of life of light and papier-maché. Playwright Jonas Fröberg has shaped a poet-voice that fills the place with memories and tells a story of disintegration of self in the face of love and permanent loss. Theatre director Robert Bolin has created a journey through time, connecting the pieces inspired by Paula Matthusen’s music.
