Glömda minnens bibliotek – Marit Lindberg

In her exhibition the artist Marit Lindberg cooperates with author Lena Ollmark to mix fictitious memories from places and people around Ulricehamn. Forgotten memories have been gathered as part of a scholarship at the Brunnsnäs estate during the summer of 2021. Workshops about memories have taken place. Both fiction and reality have been used to create new stories and to discover forgotten memories. Through a variety of personal stories we are faced with questions about what we remember. What differs our personal memories from collective memories? Are there such a thing as false and real memories? How do we use our memories?
