Wee/Francesco Scavetta (NO), föreställning “Hardly Ever”
In a peculiar blend of politics, poetics and humour, Wee’s “Hardly ever” explores the notion of truth and falsehood in theatre and everyday experience.
The four performers on stage deal with current discourses and political statements, personal memories and sensitive insights. Combining improvisation, speech and music, they test the gaps between actions, intentions and words in a series of increasingly surreal scenarios: “Do you believe in what I say or what I show?”
Established by Francesco Scavetta and Gry Kipperberg in Oslo, in 1999, Wee has produced 20 performances and toured 35 countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, North and South America.
