Exhibition: Växande landskap

The textile artists Karin Gustavsson and Emma Linde come together in a joint exhibition in Nemeshallen. They are united by a curiosity about the textile material, where concepts such as collecting, repetition and craft processes are recurring. 

In this exhibition, the artists explore the language of materiality. Karin Gustavssons´ artworks are based in crocheting and felting. Emma Linde deconstructs textiles and weaves again. Mesh by mesh, weft by weft the stories grow into forms of abstract images.

The visitors are invited to participate in a joint, interactive work – where the threads are the future that connects to history, and the knot becomes a symbol of the present.

Saturday 11 a.m.–3 p.m.

Opening: Saturday 2nd of September at 12 p.m.–3 p.m. The artists are present during the opening. 
Finishing: Saturday 7th of Oktober at 12 p.m.–3 p.m. The artists are present during the finishing.
