Joanna Warsza is a curator of visual art, performance art and architecture. She has curated the Georgian Pavilion at the 55th Venice Biennale, and was was an associate curator of the 7th Berlin Biennale. Warsza works mainly in public spaces, exploring social and political issues. In 2006 she founded Laura Palmer Foundation, that she run through 2011. She is the editor of the books Ministry of Highways. A Guide to the Peformative Architecture of Tbilisi (2013), Forget Fear (2012), Stadium X-A Place that Never Was (2009). Warsza lives and works in Berlin and Warsaw.
